Shipping Policy

Our regular delivery slots are from 8 AM to 9 PM, and the cakes will be delivered in the selected time slot.

Change in shipping address needs to be informed before 8 PM of the day prior to the date of delivery or 15 minutes after the order is placed, former for the orders placed on the days prior to the date of delivery and the latter for the orders placed for same day delivery.

Free Delivery if the location is in Coimbatore city limits. Exceptions are customized cakes (which cannot be delivered using our delivery vehicles) and orders with either delivery time not falling in our regular time slots or location not being in city limits.

In cases where we are unable to deliver the cakes in the selected time slots because of non-availability of recipient, we shall reschedule the delivery to a mutually convenient time slot, on a chargeable basis.
