Refund and Cancellation

Friend In Knead believes that cancellations happen because of genuine/unavoidable reasons and hence its refund & cancellation policy is liberal.

100% refund if the cancellation request is made before 8 PM of the day prior to the date of delivery or 15 minutes after the order is placed, former for the orders placed on the days prior to the date of delivery and the latter for the orders placed for same day delivery. The exceptions are the orders in which cakes are customized as per the customers’ needs. The cancellation charges in such cases will be in the range of 10%-25% of the total bill value.

In case of us not being able to deliver the ordered cake, we will call and update you with the list alternative cakes that we can make and deliver in the given time. If you are not interested in the choices offered, the total amount will be refunded.
